Documenting Property Rights Violations and the Seeking Justice
The Turkey Tribunal will hold a hearing in April 2026 to examine property rights violations in Turkey. Over the last 10 years, hundreds of thousands of people have been unfairly dismissed from their jobs. Trustees were appointed to thousands of companies, and the state confiscated the assets of many companies, institutions. The hearing will highlight these violations and assess Turkey’s responsibility under international law.

Documenting and monitoring human rights violations
The Turkey Tribunal 2021 session is an international people’s tribunal, and an Opinion Tribunal. The mandate of the Tribunal is to assess and report in an independent manner on all allegations of human rights violations taking place under the jurisdiction of Turkey.
The Tribunal is established with the aim of reporting the human rights violations in Turkey. It is called Turkey Tribunal. The tribunal has his seat in Geneva.
